About Anna
In 2019, as a Vice President at a Health Tech Startup, I became the most senior woman to take maternity leave. It was during this period that I identified a glaring lack of support for working parents when my pay was messed up.
Over the subsequent two years, I dedicated myself to establishing a robust support system for the five women on my team who went on parental leave. Recognizing the challenges faced by working parents, I sought to create an environment that not only acknowledged their needs but actively worked towards meeting them.
I help working parents re-engage with their careers post parental leave.
I also provide customized support for the companies who employ them.
My return to work and into a promotion has been smoother thanks to coaching with Anna. I felt able to make the impact I wanted while building boundaries around my time to allow me to be the working parent I wanted to be.
